VIR75/76 is a seasonal only. Did its last return to MAN last Sunday via St Johns (medical emergency - different thread).
I think it starts up again at the end of April/beginning of May. Good loads all this year. I'm sure it would be pretty full all year if they wanted to/could keep it going. Other than charter, you could go via New York or Newark.
