Milt might be labouring the point a little, but those 'Baby Boomers' and senior 'Gen Xers' are the Wing Commanders and Group Captains who will assess Mark and his peers at the OSB, and then through the early stages of their careers.
Ergo Mark and his peers will just have to 'really care' a little.
Mark for what it's worth, and I think I am a senior 'Gen Xer', or an immediate post-boomer, your comms skills are OK.
