I dont want to bring bad news (if it is bad news
) but Bridgepoint are planning on spending £19 million out of their £70 million on the terminal. They recently advertised for architects to take on the "extension, refurbishment and redevelopment in the form of reorganisation of the existing terminal building. My Unlce works for the company which carried out the review of the airport and he said that an estimated figure of £20 million has been set aside for the developmeny.
So what can LBA expect for £19 million? Persoanlly I would like to see a larger idea of Robin Hood Airport's terminal. Leeds is a thriving city and lets hope that for once the infrastructre of LBA does get some money well spent on it!
