From the current EBA (yes, I googled) your figures are a bit light on.
If you arrive with a CIR and ATPL, chances are you will qualify to start with "year credits"...hence your starting salary will be higher, then you add the ATPL and CIR allowances on top of this. Brings a fully qualified CHC Captain up to around 100K as a true base salary.
