one question, I'm from Poland and maybe we have some other JARs but how do You guys log this "shared cost" hours or "one leg me/one leg you" hours, who's the boss then ? (PIC

P.S. can safety pilot log any hours ?
P1 can change during flight ( for instance a NPPL'er flying UK to France can fly to the coast or maybe even the FIR boundary) and than hand control to the guy in the other seat.This is not the usual understanding of cost/hours sharing ( as it raises the issue of P1 flying from the RHS,usually the preserve of instructors)they normally take the form of you fly it there and I'll fly it back type of thing.
If by safety pilot you mean someone that has basic training but does not hold a licence,they could only log hours if flying with a current flight instructor.
Prob best to move this to the general Private Flying area if any extended debate appears.
