You do realise that there is no country in the world that does not have a police code for Advance Fee Fraud and such code is listed under section 419 in the Nigeria Police Books which has been around since the British ruled. Back to aviation, Nigeria like every other place has teething problems in start up companies and Arik made its share as other companies.
