RNTM 118/08 - Submariners can wear dolphins on Nos 3s - What about aircrew?

I draw your attention to the following RNTM:

"RNTM 112/08 CHANGE IN DRESS REGULATIONS FOR THE WEARING OF THE GILT SUBMARINER SPECIALISTION BADGE

Sponsor: Submarine Service Commander –
Purpose

1. This RNTM announces the change in dress regulations authorising the wearing of the gilt Submariner Specialisation Badge to be worn on No 3 uniform.

Entitlement

2. All RN qualified submariner personnel.

Description/wearing instructions

3. The Submariner Specialisation Badge consists of the QE II commissioning crown sited above two heraldic dolphins. The badge is of gilt and is to be worn as follows:

a. No 3A uniform. A miniature badge, as worn on Mess Jackets, may be worn, horizontally, in a central position on the tie. The miniature badge is paid for at own expense.

b. No 3B uniform. Fixed with a ‘pin and clutch’ attachment, horizontally, 38mm centrally above the left breast pocket.

4. The contents of this RNTM will be included within BR 81 at the next amendment. Current BR81 regulations for the wearing of the submarine gilt badge on No 1 and No2 uniforms remain extant."

Being on an establishment with a mixy-blob of specialisations, the submariners are now wandering around wearing their dolphins. Now, being a fully signed up member of all things equal, should the WAFUs be allowed to do the same?
