This is all covered in some detailed on another thread which would be worth a look.

However, there are no set blocks of work, all rosters are built to bid-line rules ( BAs LHR rostering agreement)
All rosters will have long haul and shorthaul trips, most are a mix of trips and early/late day trips.
Some will have more long haul, some will have more day trips.
The number of night stops obviously can vary, on a full longhaul line of work expect around 14 days off, on the more average 75/767 roster expect around 12-13.

New joiners will have little or no say in the lines they gat, and will generally pick up more of the less popular trips that other guys have not bid for.

Still a very popular fleet within BA, as long as it lasts!! Open skies has claimed at least 6 of the 757s, and if rumours are to be believed they will end up with a few more before long.
