To add to what Flying Brain has already said: the lease contracts for the aircraft will specify that if the airline goes into administration it's an "event of default", i.e. the leases are no longer valid. I'd expect that - especially in a falling market - the lessors will be out trying to find alternative homes for their aircraft as quickly as possible. Doesn't sound remotely ludicrous
to me.
