As for the electrical buildings they are west of the runway end and the other substations have already been moved to the North recently to allow for the Alpha move. If the gateway project does happen it must bring some flights to Manston even if they are only visitors.
Also heard from a source at the airport there is supposed to be some sort of announcment in June, lets hope its pax back
