If correct, then it should not be used as aircraft fuel, though the prescribed CAA test would not detect 1% ethanol content. However, your informant is wrong that all imported Mogas
has to have it added, so may be wrong about the bioethanol content too. It could be verified by lab analysis; our lab could analyse the fuel for Sywell if asked
