Free speech in this forum is one of the beauties but one still needs to consider the consequences of what they post. In atmd_cad case study, I consider it is inappropriate to use that tower controller as an example to express one's dissatisfaction to their workplace. I also don't like the senior management but a more macroscopic view is much appropriate than pinpoint to one person.
