If this info is correct then one would think that banning Indian airlines from operating into EU should be the next step. This should be pushed by our unions and by the JAA member states! Why should we allow airlines not having sensible fatigue controlling scheduling in place to operate in to the EU when we don't allow airlines who does not keep maintenance up to certain standards?!
