Where would it be coming from that it would have an EPIRB already mounted
And armed, even before an engineer has checked and done the usual imports and serviceability checks to put it on the flight line??
Which country did this particular A/C come from?
Would it be a country that would even have a requirement to carry an EPIRB, let alone have them armed in the packing crates before they are shipped???? Give us a break guys.
