Who is Greg Norman?
He sure isn't an Englishman. He is a "Banana Bender" (a Queenslander for those non-Australians among us) who has never reached his potential as a golfer, but still has earned more from golf and endorsements than any CX pilot will get in Provident Fund payouts. What's more, he probably doesn't care whether or not he is known to all.
