What I mean is that this job has become so LOWER economic bracket that it is awkward telling somebody that you work as a FA, they almost can't look you in the eyes as they think you are a cleaner or ...
It may have become this to you but there are people out there that still take pride in what they do. Cleaning the toilets has always been a part of the job even in the glory days! They did not have cleaners to do that for the crew!
The role has changed and sure at times it has become more demanding but point out an industry that has not had to change? Evolve? Do Bank clercks do the EXACT same task they did 4-9-10-15 years ago?
Maybe it is time to look elswhere. But while you are here, please don't bring everyone down as I am sure they just don't want to hear it!
