Then reason for the stoppage is due to the highway at the front moving to the rear of the building, allegedly this was overlooked at some point and all the sevrices, routes in and out of the building and such like are going to have to be changed. The other question is why is the road moving to the rear of the building, does this have anything to do with the China gateway project??
