The expected fun & games started today with the charge going down like a lead ballon ! Reasons not to pay or go to front of TB, ie ''I'm a special case'' - Pax losing the ability to walk to TB, one developed dyslexia so couldn't read the signs so was exempt from charges..... police quite busy too dealing with u turners, illegal parkers / going wrong way down one way system.... ah well, day 2 tomorrow..... only about 160 to go...
