KAL will only employ you if you are type rated on a type they operate. So if you are current on the A320, and apply for a position in KAL on the A330 they may interview you and if you are successful they may offer you a position on the A330 subject to you coming back with the A330 endorsed on your licence. It is then up to you to get a type rating on the A330.
After joining KAL you will be liable for a training bond of $15000 if you leave KAL within the first year, this to cover the expenses that they believe they have incurred. This sum is common to all fleets
