Information regarding the Spanair sales process
The SAS Group would like to make some clarifications regarding the development in the Spanair sales process.
As communicated in the SAS Group Strategy plan, Strategy 2011, SAS is in a process of divesting Spanair. The target for the SAS Group is as communicated earlier to finalize this process before the end of second Quarter 2008.
The sales process continues with the interested parties with the same time target. If SAS does not reach a satisfactory solution regarding the divestment, SAS will abandon the current sales process and continue as a shareholder committed to ensure a profitable Spanair.

Ya han perdido mi confianza en ellos. Queda una remota posibilidad de venta pero todo apunta a que no se va a vender. Ahora, que antes de final de junio... aunque es la fecha tope. Menos mal!
Vaya ridículo que han hecho! O quién sabe si es lo que al final querían y ya tienen la excusa de una parte deficitaria de SAS para empezar a recortar...
