Airbus have this beautifull program called "AirNav" wich access the AMM, AWM, IPC, etc... so, not easy to access this manuals.
The best thing is try to find training manuals (B1/B2), they will be the most interesting for you.
Contact your local Engineering Dept...
or try to find any A320 CBT on CD...
