I wonder if a software program would have given the go ahead to lending money to people that couldn't aford to pay it back. You know like the quality decisions from all those greedy bankers that caused the "sub prime" crisis.
I'm pretty sure that's cost abundantly more money than all the bad decisions of all pilots put together for the last 100 years.
Maybe we should get rid of all bankers...........
