This is one technique I use, I apply full forward pressure on the stick before you touch down the first time this will help stop you from bounceing up like this. Once it starts to bounce you just have to ride it out, pulling back would not work. Carb heat could be turned on to reduce the engine power a bit to help stop the bounceing but that is about it.
