Legality of JARs in UK Law
I have been hunting high and low but I cannot find anything which states that JARs are legally binding under UK law.
There is no definition of JARs within the ANO and the few references are very sketchy at best.
Is there anyone out there with a better legal mind than my struggling brain cell that can advise me.
