Unfortunately that seems to be the rumour that for some reason there director flight safety and the DFO have signed some dodgy deal with TACA and capt bozo feels he can fly a US registered a/c with Cuban passport cannot wait for the feds to do a ramp inspection somewhere, they think they are going to be hired by taca but that will not get them round the problem.
