Strong Winds gave you very good info xbxex. I'll just repeat that England is still the better place to go. Keep a good distance from continetal Europe on this matter.
The other problem is with your TT. If you are a low timer ,they wiil put you trough flight training again till the FTO says you're OK to take the flight exam. This is a two edges knife as they can hold you till your money is gone or they can be honest(professional) and do only what is really necessary!
