This thread is once again being given a kiss of life to keep it going! Just wondering what it is like now in Surinam - is there still much Dutch influence? How safe are landings there? I still remember with sadness the Surinam Airways DC-8 lost at Parmaribo, was she not on her third approach when she went down. What was the cause, weather or fuel? Kind regards, TTT.
