Posts get removed when people are either ignorant of the oft-repeated forum rules, or decide that rules are for everybody else but not them.
Save yourselves the aggravation & stick to the rules.
It's not rocket science people, really it isn't.
Yet again, here they are:

Posts in this forum MUST:

1. Be in English.
2. Not use text message abbreviations.
3. Make use of punctuation and a capital letter at the start of a sentence.
4. Not be used instead of private messages.
5. Have a point (i.e. be relevant to the thread and not social chatter)*

If you don’t stick to this, your post will be deleted.

* This means that any of the following stuff is not to be posted...
Facebook links, blogs, I'm so happy for you, woohoo I got it, wish me luck, send me a PM, msn me, will you be at the interview, follow your dreams etc. etc. All of this should be done by PM (link under a poster's name) on PPRuNe or by Text Message - in fact do it anyway that you want - BUT DON'T POST IT ON A THREAD. You need to be very clear on this - If your post does not contain concrete fact about the subject of the thread then it has no business on PPRuNe – anywhere.
