if you're not desperate, avoid this place. If you are, skip EY for the next 2-3 years. Their housing problem is getting bad to worse...... I just don't see any short term solution coming.
But, may be it is not just he company that will drive you nuts..... its the whole country. You'll keep repeating this phrase more than you'd want " what the f
am I doing here".
For a new joiner, you will find EK a better airline to start with. Far more organized than EY. You'll hear less complain from the guys joining EK than EY. If you're an FO, I wouldn't think twice.
Again, if you're desperate... what choice do you have.
