Down Under the trick seems to be overtake on the right.

However, in the microlight I usually find it wiser to avoid overtaking other aircraft on the ground (with the exception of parked sailplanes) due to the potentially adverse effects of propwash/jet-blast. With my minimal fuel-burn at ground-idle I can wait until they are clear or plan my route to the active runway to avoid.
