Many thanks for all the information. I omitted to mention in the original post the single was a turbine, so avgas not a problem.
The planned route is;

- Heraklion
- Luxor Nightstop
- Port Sudan
- Djibouti
- Addis Ababa
- Nairobi Wilson Nightstop
- Ndola
- Jo'burg
