There were lots of reports that the options run in PR08 (is
PR planning round or programmes review, incidentally?) would be announced after the local elections.
Gordon has announced the £2.5 Bn compensation package (for the 10 p tax rate fiasco) but we're still waiting to see what the MoD will lose to pay for it, and for his other idiocies (and indeed for the real-world cuts imposed in CSR07).
So when do we expect the announcements?
And will FLYNX definitely be a casualty, or has it just had a last minute reprieve?
