I agree heartily with you!
From what I used to see, most RFDS medivacs seem to be able to get 'there' in a 'few' hours at most - regardless of the location of the site.
Now, try going to a Public Hospital in any capital city (Try Perth first...),
and, unless your head is actually falling off, or you're having an obvious heart attack - and thats no guarantee - you will probably sit in the Waiting Room for MORE THAN the same 'few' hours.....
Yeah! Those 'reporters' were having a well deserved 'go' at our
'Health Minister'.....
