Could an NCP operative be placed on the pick up side of the approach road to deal with all parking concerns? At present, the security operative seems to spend more time in the pick up lane directing motorists who have no idea where they are or to which lane they should use. There are plenty of road markings/signs indicating which lane to use, they obviously managed to find J33 of the M4,
so why is there is so much congenstion here at peak points, I can forsee it getting much worse as summer season kicks in. And some top-coat tarmac to fill the double pothole on the drop off side where the power cable crosses road to security booth.
