Couldn't agree less with the Flybe experience. Depends entirely on base and fleet. I have a very stable roster, limited changes, very few calls from standby, and 2 nightstops in 2 years (currently the cause of some aggro as I'm missing out on all the nightstop fun
).
Only know of 3 guys who left to go to FR, and they all left within a matter of months as they couldn't stand the company.
