Cant speak to Cloud 9 as the aircraft has been repossessed from them and I'm acting on behalf of the bank to dispose of the aircraft.

Repduction does work but the problem is it still has a huge impact on the resale value of the a/c. We have learnt this from past experience on something we owned ourselves a few years ago.
