I flew in there from Fife in early Nov 01 as a newcomer to CBN; luckily, I had Mrs CB with me, as she spotted the field right on the nose (where I usually look off to one side, as I'm not usually that accurate!!). Had a reasonable overhead join and lumpy approach, but only one arrival!
Taxied in and paid the fee; departed 10 mins later after a coffee. No great problems, but wouldn't say I was excited enough to go out of my way to go there specially. Bit strange to race with the choo choos as you're climbing out, but I won in the end!!
