I hated their definition but
it's somewhere along the line of
a flight conducted to an aerodrome not less than 65 nm with two intermediate stops in between.
means u depart A , make a full stop at B, then depart B again make a full stop at C and then finally back to A.
A - B and B-C must be more than 65nm.
