As far as I know all ground schools operate on a 6 month cycle. Some do 2 x 7 modules and others do 3 x 4/5.
IMHO you need a class size of 10 -20.
To small ..no class interaction
To large.. become bun fight ..unmanageable.
Most FTO's want to maximize bums on seats..but some will reconise optimum class size.. if only because they know a relationship between class size and results
