I think that Cabair is a good company. It is unfortunate that you didn't have a good introductory flight, and if you feel you have a genuine complaint against this instructor then I suggest you write to Derek Edwards, CEO at Cabair Elstree. I am an instructor there part time (Elstree) and as for the company treating the instructors badly- - - -well- - - some people just complain about everything. Instructing is a stepping stone, and if there are things you don't like about the company well, you should laugh all the way to your logbook. They also pay well for a flying school.
