I'd expect this of Ryanair but I'd have thought Aer Lingus would be better than this. Conduct like this is only going to drive people away from Aer Lingus and onto the new Shannon-Berlin flight instead. Could they not have routed the Thursday night flight from Prague back via Berlin? or put an A321 on the Friday Dublin flight to provide extra capacity?
