Do you think for a minute that these safety briefings are not approved by the appropriate regulators???
These peurile public address announcements are not subject to regulatory approval. Compared with the carefully worded skilled (professional?) PA announcements by not only Qantas but other major international airlines (Cathay, Dragonair, BA and others)., the Virgin and Pacific Blue PA's of this nature are undisciplined rubbish. So much so, there are passengers (guests?) who will change their flights to Qantas rather than be forced as a captive audience to cringe in embarrassment at the Virgin flair of funny hee-hee PA announcements.
