I don't have any flying experience but have a lot of customer service experience, I don't know why they wouldn't be interested if you had previous flying experience. I did spend a lot of time on the application questions [the example stuff] and tried to put a lot of detail in there, maybe your examples there had a lot to do with it? My interview was for LCY though so maybe they are looking for slightly different things? Who knows.
