You will not be treated any differently by the staff all new comers at this time and for the last 18 months have been 11 months contracts (in most areas of the airline). Only a small number of staff have not been offered a full time contract after the 11 months. It also enables BA in the veent of something bad happening to shed a couple of hundred staff.
