Evo7, I paid £120 for a JAA Class II and an FAA Class II (inc ECG) this year. Having said that, the AME 'forgot' to include a student pilot certificate which delayed my solo. I presume you pay for what you get!
One thing though, if you're ever thinking about going onwards from your PPL then forget the Class II and plump straight for the Class I. I stupidly got both about 4 months apart.
