Evo - mine cost £130. At the time there was a thread on Medical, I think and there were definately cheaper and more expensive than this.
One good bit of advice (I think!) on the thread was to get the FAA medical paperwork done at the same time as it apparently makes life easier if you want to fly in the US. This cost another £30 - cheaper than having to have another medical!
I don't know whether the US is the only place requiring a domestic medical for hire etc., though - what about Australia? Anyone?
