I follow the same principle as Working Hard, though as I'm well served by the motorway network the criteria changes:
Up to 2 hours by road - take the car
Over 2 hours by car and is practicable - fly myself.
5 hours or more self flown - go commercial.
There comes a point in life when you realise time is the most valuable commodity.
