if it's scraped the nose along the runway then took off two hours later and has flown a dozen sectors (are you serious here?)
Thats your version, my version is aircraft arrived with gear unsafe warning, circles for over an hour to burn off excess fuel, no fuel dump in MD90 plus was carrying return trip fuel, attempted to lower the gear again with complete success, landed safely, taxied to apron, mx fixed the problem, aircraft departed behind schedule...... thats WTF!!!!!
