My tax bill has gone up significantly in the last 8 years. I have not had a pay increase but my housing, schooling, travel fund are all taxed and my disposable income has dropped significantly.
Regardless of your position, all our tax bills have increased without a pay rise, but that is another thread.
With regard to the Training, suck it up, it will not change. Over time you get accustom to the beatings.
