Hi all,
You know what? I have been offered an 11 month Contract at LHR and am excited as hell about starting. At interview we were given no illusions that this would be a permanent position, nor that we wouldnt be confronted with some difficulties with other staff and their opinions of us! I cant wait to see the world, and take this opportunity for what it is in the next 11 months. And as for Customer Service?? I've worked across the world on 5* Cruise Ships in a customer service role, so i take with a pinch of salt the comments about the new recruits not having any Customer Service skills. I guess its just up to us to prove you all wrong over the next, short, 11 months!
